Kernel error on IP change of OpenVPN link

Ever since setting up a openVPN interface on my pfsense, I have occasionally get this error:
Sep 11 08:44:14 kernel: pfr_unroute_kentry: delete failed.
It seems to happen when the OpenVPN connection changes IP address (which happens several times in a short period, for some time). This requires me to reboot my machine. Here are the broader logs:
