    how limit speed on WAN interface globally?
    speed WAN - 77mbps

    why when I set 10 mbps - limit not worked?

      Are you sure that your traffic is going into your queues?  Your first image doesn't look like a shaper structure that the wizard created.  Did you make it manually?

        Yes  - manually.
        Im just need limit all trafic on WAN to speed <20 mbps (but really speed 77mbps)
        how made it?

        ps. wizard dont help too..
