Base Build update for more supported hardward

What ould it take to upgrade the base from 6.2 to 6.3 FreeBSD?  Just curious

I have a quad port intel pcie card working but I'd like the Onboard Marvell Gigabit 88E8056 working as well, and this is supported in freebsd release 6.3 using the msk(4) driver
