Squid-dev 3, squidguard and icap issue

Hi,

Everything is perfect except one old issue :

a. Squid-dev installed in transparent mode with http/https (working)

b. Squidguard 3 installed and updated (working very well)

But as soon as icap is on and updated, there is a random issue either squidguard stops filtering or antivirus stops detecting. Somehow both of them are either not compatible or I am doing something wrong with the config.

I request you all to give me the steps to have them working in tandem.
