How To Change Intercept

Hi everyone..
on Pfsense i try to edit squid.inc with this line

if (($settings['transparent_proxy'] == 'on')) {
$conf .= "http_port 127.0.0.1:" . $settings['proxy_port'] . " intercept\n";

I try to remove "intercept" but no success..
i want to change that line to " http_port 3128 " only
how to do that?
