      Same config for LAN & OPT3 (except ip addresses of course):

      DHCP on LAN works without problem with CARP/failover

      DHCP on OPT4 does the following when CARP/failover is enabled:

      3times:
      dhcpd: DHCPREQUEST for 192.1.1.100 from xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx via em4: not responding (recovering)

      several times:
      dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx via em4: peer holds all free leases

      Error msg on both machines, without failover ip it works.

        btw. dhcp leases for the lan segment sync to both fws, but the status puzzles me:

        dhcp_lan (LAN) recover 2014/09/29 18:37:09 unknown-state 2014/09/29 18:37:09
        dhcp_opt3 (GUESTS) recover 2014/09/29 18:37:09 unknown-state 2014/09/29 18:37:09

        except the timestamp same on both machines
