High ping and packet loss in point to point connectivity using pfsense

Hi to all!
I'm new to the world of PFsense.
Can you guys help me out. I have a big problem with high ping and packet loss with my pfsense.. I have the last version 2.1.3-RELEASE (amd64)
I have created a point to point connectivity from DC to my office.
at the dc end my ip is 172.253.250.254 and at office is 172.253.250.77 but the issue is when i ping it from bot the ends i get a very high ping

Can you create a basic graph of your network, and what technology you are using for your links? They hardware your PFSense is running on could also be useful.
