I need to upgrade zoneinfo to include the new timezone for Venezuela/Caracas (GMT+4:30H).
I find a port of zoneinfo on freebsd.org, but i don't know how to install on pfsense.

Assuming you have the full install then "pkg_add -r zoneinfo" (from the command line) should do it.
