Captive Portal for local apache (running wordpress)

Dear readers,

would you please be that kind and tell me, if I'm right with pfSense?

I want to set up a WLAN, where people are able via touchphone or tablet to get access on a local server (OS Win-based Apache).

If the people log into the WLAN, they should be send to the Apaches (Wordpress) index.php. From this page they should be able to explore the whole wordpress.

Any ideas or links are very welcome.

What would be my next step? (The server is running already).
Which additional hardware  is needed / is recommended?
