Documentation and Best Practice advice from Netgate engineers
Target initial response time of 4 business hours to every ticketStarts at about $99/yr it looks like.
Any thoughts at making two tiers:

Target initial response time of 4 business hours to every ticketParticularly a way for someone with many devices to be able to pay to obtain software updates and bug fixes until end-of-life without breaking the bank? I mean, if you have to do it for one… It's not like you need more butts in seats to do it for 10,000.
