i installed the embedded pfsense on my watchguard and now i have no AP's that will hand out IP's .. Any ideas on what this could be

A lot more information needed to answer that. ;)

Which Watchguard hardware? What access points? How are they connected? Which pfSense install type? Anything else you thing may be relevant.
