      i am having trouble with port forwarding and i did check the troubleshooting guide. here is the rule if=wan proto=tcp/udp source=* src ort=* dest address=25565 nat ip=my ip address nat port=25565 i have havp antivirus installed and the proxy ip tured of and the rule is set linked and my personal firewall has rules in and out bound

        OK, so you're trying to forward a Minecraft server.  Along with the Port Forward, do you have an associated firewall rule that explicitly allows that traffic?  You need both.

          I went to firewall:rules it shows the rule made by the NAT

              I saw that and assumed it must be a typo.

              Do you have any rules above your Minecraft rule that would supersede it?  Perhaps a screencap of your rules would help.

                    sorry its taken a long time to respond went on holiday.

                    i added udp tcp ports rule that allow the server.exe file to pass through the windows firewall.
