Traffic shaping and variable speed from ISP

Hi!
After several days of testing, finally my choice is pfsense  ;)
Еverything is fine, but where I stuck….

Most of the time my actual speed from ISP is 50Mbps/30Mbps ,but this is not permanent.Every day around the range 00:00h - 18:00h speeds are increased by 50%.->75Mbps/45Mbps.
I want to create rules like a this topic,but how to configure traffic shape to use the full bandwidth every time?

If all of your rules don't have a fixed upperbound, there should be a way to change the root to increase its upper limit. I'm not sure how, but there's bound to be a way.
