There are ways to have different gateways for different clients, but I am quite sure that DHCP does not support more than one default gateway, nor does any network stack that I know of. A given interface has one gateway, but you may have more than one interface.

This is based on more theory and less practice, but I'm fairly sure there aren't any "normal" networks that support multiple gateways.

for the same client in one network as reserved access to internet
          as here for windows clients

          as here in SonicWALL firewall

A static route is not a default gateway.

DO NOT set a source address/port in a port forward or firewall rule unless you KNOW you need it!
