      Gentlemen:

      The current configuration for Pfsense 2.1.5 degrades Skype video. I would like to use the traffic shaping capability in Pfsense to solve this issue. I noted their is a wizard. I would appreciate help and suggestions. Skype is working but if the other party has a slower connection the video streaming is impacted ie. poor video picture. We have a Cisco 891 router and do not have this issue.

        If the other party has a slower connection, there is nothing you can do on your end, traffic shaping or not.
