Installation failure pf 2.15 same as ever!

I run constantly into the same errors every time when i want to install pf (ad64, full, no vm) with a geom_mirror!

I have tried every possible thing but never had success. This error exists now since very long time.

First created the geom_mirror, formatted the disk, created partitions and then every time i end on "Cant open makedev blah"
I use advanced mode.

This close to 2.2 it's unlikely to be fixed in 2.1.X. Have you tried a 2.2 snapshot? There is support for geom mirrors in the gui:

What are the exact steps taken, inputs given, etc?

I create GEOM mirrors all the time and have never seen that error.
