Missing menu entries on upgraded pfSense

I have two firewalls both running:

2.1.5-RELEASE (amd64)
built on Mon Aug 25 07:44:45 EDT 2014
FreeBSD 8.3-RELEASE-p16

Firewall 1 was upgraded from 1.2.3 64bit to 2.1.5 via autoupdate
Firewall 2 was accidently fresh installed with 2.1.5 32bit version and "upgraded" via 64bit update package to 2.1.5.

Now I have the effect, that firewall 2 has some more options that firewall 1 is missing:

• Menu "gold"

• Menu "Services -> DHCPv6 Relay

• Menu "Services -> DHCPv6 Server/RA

• Menu "Status -> DHCPv6 leases

• Menu "System -> High Avail. Sync

What is causing this and how can I add these missing menu entries? The pages itself exists. When I call page directly, e.g. https://HOST/services_dhcpv6_relay.php I get a page displayed.

It could just be a the browser cached part of the old menu. Try refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache or using a different browser.

Also could be a broken package that modifies fbegin.inc like the old widescreen package.
