Best 2.2 version?
-
Hi!
I am very excited with pfsense as a router for my home network and have played with it a few days now. I am planning to replace my gear, that I am using at the moment and so far it seems to be very promising. I would like to use pfsense 2.2 as I am acustomed to have 802.11n at home. I installed a snapshot yesterday evening and 802.11n was there, but is there a build which is great to try? In the Blogpost was something about a RC series?

If you need it now, just get the latest beta snapshot. If you can wait a bit, the first release candidate of 2.2 will be coming soon.
If you're asking if you should get the Nano version versus the regular version, that will depend on what kind of hardware you'll be running it on.

Hi!
I have an APU1D4 with a 16GB SSD, I think that would be the full install update?

Hi!
Would it be better to do a clean install? I have updated from 2.1.5 and have some problems regarding HAVP and squid. At the mopment I have a problem with IPsec on 2.1.5, also I think 2.2 performs better and for me a non-working VPN is worse than proxy, but it would be a nice to have.
Should I start a new thread about the two package-problems?

Generally it helps split things out which makes it easier for other readers as well as search engines.
