Has anyone used PfSense as a Captive Portal/Hotspot in Europe that must comply with the EU directive to record the internet traffic?

I need to implement this solution and it must maintain a record of 1 year of internet traffic, and i'm not sure the best way to go about this. Below is a list of the data that must be captured and recorded. I thought about using SQUID + Lightsquid for the reporting but i'm not sure if it gives me all the data i need and if I can put the log files in a different drive (external USB). Can anyone help?

      Data to record

      Captive portal Username
      IP Address
      IP address destination
      Destiantion port
      MAC address
Captive portal status (accepted or rejected)
      URL (full url ex.: https://gmail.google.com)
      Domain (ex. google.com)
      Web Protocol (80,443,21,etc.)
