      have reinstalled but still getting this error

      Showing results for error: Unable to open database directory "/var/lib/vnstat". Make sure it exists and is at least read enabled for current user. Exiting…

        Hi,
        I have exactly the same issue.
        2.2-RC (i386)
        built on Fri Dec 12 15:49:36 CST 2014 .

        Of course you can create the missing folder with```
        mkdir -p /var/lib/vnstat

        
        

        /usr/local/bin/vnstat -u -i <name of="" the="" interface=""></name>

        
        You juste a to check the <name of="" your="" interface="">in the gui part of vnstat.
