Proxy for wifi devices

Hello

On my Lan (192.168.0.0/24) I use squid proxy package for some users using GPO (no transparent proxy), for web filter.
I use a router (with 192.168.0.X as WAN and 192.168.2.0/24 as LAN) to share internet for mobile devices, those devices should not access my LAN.
How to force those mobile devices to go thru the proxy?
I try a NAT rule: traffic from 192.168.0.X to port 80 go to pfsense IP port 3128. But that not working.
