I have about 40 clients allowed through my firewall all with limiters applied.
Normally this works, however, every now and then a client seems to have something that bypasses the limiter completely.
When I turn off the "allow" rule associated with this client and reset the states their traffic stops. When I turn back on the "allow" rule the freeforall begins again.
It's not the same client each time, although there are some usual suspects.

It appears that there is something out there that bypasses the limiter in pfsense – has anyone else seen this problem ?

      Thanks in advance :)
