Allow DMZ to OpenVPN Site to Site

Hi guys - I have a main network of 192.168.50.0/24, a DMZ of 192.168.200.0/24, and a site to site to a network that is 192.168.1.0/24

I need to setup a GlusterFS brick on the 192.168.1.0/24 remote network and have a server in my DMZ contact it.  I cannot ping the 192.168.1.1 gateway from the DMZ.  How can I do this properly?
