Set up Squid proxy for different network

I would need to configure my Squid proxy in XXX Location over Pfsense for a different network in YYY location
how can I proceed

I'm not really sure what you mean.  Can you describe what your'e trying to do with more detail?

I have a Pfsense FW running with Squid Proxy in Paris and would need all http/https traffic from Brussels to go thru Paris Squid proxy.
