Constant DHCPPACK & DHCPINFORM from 1 device

I'm getting one device constantly issuing DHCPACK & DHCPINFORM (see below), I've seen some comments which have suggested issuing a 252 with a \n might work.
In Services: DHCP server, theres an option in Additional BOOTP/DHCP Options to add additional parameters.
If I wanted to add 252 would I use a Text or a String?TIA

Is that the actual MAC that you're using? What is 192.168.10.3?

You want to send a null config url via option 252? Do you have a link to this suggestion?

Edit: It expects a string:

group chair. This option is of type STRING. This string contains a
URL which points to an appropriate config file. The STRING is of

Not the actual mac, but its a TalkTalk tv box, not even windows, but I thought I'd give the windows suggestion ago before calling TalkTalk support to see what they suggest.
I had looked on the actual draft web page earlier but couldnt see anything but wanted to double check anyway as a null for me is a 0 as in long pointers normally.
