CARP - Prevent flapping

Hi Forum,

I have some questions about the failover and maybe getting in a flapping state.

is it possible to

• configure the failover to automatic switch to the backup system, but doing the way back to the main system manually?
  or
• configure the failover to automatic switch to the backup system, but doing the way back to the main system after, let say, 60 minutes to be sure the main system runs stable ?
