I'd like the router to not show its presence, but I keep getting 504 when I put my WAN IP into a browser, instead of 404. I don't want the connection to time out, I don't want there to be a connection in the first place.

Is this something I can fix?

      Am I misunderstanding something?

Oh, and what is the difference between WAN net and WAN IP when rule setting?

      Cheers

What is the 504 coming from? It's not from the firewall itself. If you're doing it on a cell network or other network where there is a proxy, that's the proxy timeout message you'd get when nothing is answering.

WAN net == WAN's IP subnet. WAN IP == WAN's IP.
