      Hey guys, any idea how I can look into this more?

      GUI shows:

      Packages are currently being reinstalled in the background.

      Do not make changes in the GUI until this is complete.

      It's been this way over 5 minutes, network's up though. darkstat is down in the 'services status' pane in dashboard.

        Hopefully the package reinstall has finished by now. If not, then go to Diagnostics->Backup/Restore and press the "Clear Package Lock" button. Then look in the logs for error messages about what went wrong during the package install. Then (re)install your packages.
