Go to System –> Advanced --> Miscellaneous
At the very end is an option with "Do not Check Package Signatures"
Make sure it's checked and it will install.
You'll probably want to disable that option after though.
Be warned. After my upgrade my Squid Reverse proxy isn't working although Squid and Squidguard are working fine for outgoing traffic.

This should be solved now.

i have problem after upgrading from 2.1.5 to 2.2 and squid/squidGuard is not working anymore and i can not remove also from GUI. i already use pbi_delete, but it still appeared as installed packages. how to manually uninstall squid/squidGuard packages?

Check the /cf/conf/config.xml file. I've found that this file sometimes doesn't update correctly when uninstalling a package (in my case, nrpe), and you end up seeing the package listed in 'installed packages' even after it's been removed. Check the 'installedpackages' section and see if Squidguard is still listed. You might want to make sure that it's been properly uninstalled before editing the file, though.
