PC Engines APU : kernel crash at boot once upgraded to 2.2

I upgraded an ALIX 2D3 to 2.2-RELEASE (i386) without any issue, but when I tried to upgrade my APU to 2.2-RELEASE (amd64), a kernel crash occured at boot possibly in bsnmpd :
