Analytics client information and limit speed download

Hi everyone.
I want get all information about client using my network, such as IP address, MAC Address, Bandwith usage, Ontime through ssh command. How can I get this information.
And one more question about limit speed client download on my network.

P/s: Now I can limit speed download and upload. But the problem get information about client I don't. I see ntop plugin can get this information, like that picture I attach here. How can I get this information about command line via ssh. Thanks alots.

P/s: Ntop have this web service to get this information and return json. http://10.0.0.1:3000/lua/host_get_json.lua?host=10.0.0.102. Can I get this throgh commandline don't need request to this url.
