2.2 Primary firewall crashed this morning, can a dev pull our report for us?
-
We have pfsense 2.2 in a typical CARP/sync setup with dual WAN. We have minimal packages installed (pfblocker, openvpn client export, sudo). I didn't get a chance to look through the crash log, can a developer pull the report for us so we can disable whatever caused the problem? It was submitted just after 9am central time. I'll PM the IP address it was submitted from. Thank you

From pfSense blog:
Limiters not working with High Availability
If you’re using limiters and high availability (CARP+pfsync+config sync), do not upgrade at this time. We have an open bug on a crash in this circumstance.

I saw that bug report… while we have queues setup, there is nothing displayed on our limiter page.

See some interesting behavior with the Queues however… after the primary crashed and restarted, it appears traffic shaping isn't either being reported correctly or it's not working. Normally about 50% of our traffic is VOIP:
