Hello, there! Please explain me what mean both options in "advanced options"…

      "Maximum state entries per host".
1.1. Host  = an IP + a port? For this rule socket 123.45.67.89:10 will be the same host as socket 123.45.67.89:20?

1.2. Here host means a host in my LAN or on the other side (WAN)?

"Maximum new connections per host / per second(s) (TCP only)".
      2. Here connections means exactly ESTABLISHED or any state?
