I see the forum upgrading and installation
      Messages about problems upgrades

      My question
      Does After bug fixes

      The team of pfsense
Updates the files on their server

      I mean
Theoretically if I will upgrade a week from today
      This will include updated files
Or same files were released a few days ago

Or the new Version is final
      Until the next Version update

A particular release of pfSense is final - if you (re-)install pfSense 2.2-RELEASE next week it will have the same features and bugs as it did the day it was released.

When 2.2.1-RELEASE comes out, it will have various bugs fixed. You upgrade to that.

If there is a really annoying bug that is fixed in pfSense GitHub then you can apply that fix to your 2.2-RELEASE system using the System Patches package.

As the Greek philosopher Isosceles used to say, "There are 3 sides to every triangle."
