I currently have two routers connected using a VPN link (R1 and R2). Both routers are connected to the same VPN clients and have OSPF running between them, making it possible for me to access either router's VPN clients from either router. Traffic is pushed onto the VPN clients using conditional routing.

I wanted to set pfSense up so that it would have two possible gateways for each VPN client - For example on R1, there would be two gateways for the VPN client, one of the gateways would be the VPN client IP on R1, and the other would be the VPN client IP on R2. I got the setup all figured out, now I have gotten to the step where I add the gateways.

Is there some way to add the gateway properly? Pfsense keeps on saying that the gateway must be on the same interface as the subnet when I try to add the gateway on R2.
