Can't start Clamd antivirus - Squid3

I am getting this output when i am running freshclam


$ freshclam
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).
ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process

And the service wont start?

i did not see this packages in the packages manger ?

c-icap

where this from ?

Most likely freshclam is already running. Other than that, perhaps do a basic research of this topic and post what solutions here you already tried instead of starting yet another "oh noes it just won't work, plz. help!!!11!" thread.

it is automaticly installed with squid3
