We have 12 vlans set up, each VLAN has its own DHCP range.

We are trying to set up virtual IP's to get assigned to each vlan. However, when we go to whatismyip.com it still tells us our external IP address is the same for each.

      IP Assignments -

      WAN - 164...114 - 192.168.1.1
      WAN - 164...115 - 192.168.2.1
      WAN - 164...116 - 192.168.3.1
      WAN - 164...117 - 192.168.4.1

      Any ideas?

Did you setup your AON to route each subnet out a different VIP?

I think he means Advanced Outbound NAT.

You need to set outbound NAT rules that specify a different external NAT address for each source subnet.
