    Shaper wizard won't get past first screen after upgrade to 2.2

      1 WAN
      1 LAN
      7 VLAN interfaces on LAGG(0) (2 NICs)

      Removed traffic shaper prior to upgrading to 2.2. Upgraded from 2.1.4 Rel to 2.2 Rel

      When I run the Wizard and choose one WAN and eight or less  LAN connections (regardless of which wizard i use), I get:
      You have less interfaces than number of connections!

      Trying different numbers of connections (1 and 1, 1 and 2, 1 and 3 etc) does not make a difference.
