Is there a way to get email notification if pfSense and packages updates are available?

For base version updates, the announcements list.

Only announcements from us, usually only new release announcements. A handful or less of emails a year generally.

There aren't any notifications of package updates at this time. That would be handy to have in the future though.

I thought about some inbuilt notification like the "You are on the latest version." check in the dashboard.
