PFSENSE 2.2 Two Bugs to keep in mind before upgrade…

Dear all,
PfSense 2.2 64 apinger shows impossible latency for my GWs.
GWVSAT Shoud be 600ms at least
GWWiMAX Should be 150ms at leastBUT…
Any ideas?

pfSense 2.2 can run faster than the speed of light - only joking ;)
There are other threads about this. After some WAN events (maybe latency going up and coming back down again), apinger gets its rolling average too optimistic. At the monent its a feature!

anyway, it is the simple truth :)

Not so "feature", as if to avoid alarms i put very long timeouts, after a while (2-3 hrs) one of the 3 GW simply goes off until i restart the apinger service…
I will collect some logs... -
there's an open bug for it. it's scheduled to be fixed for 2.2.1

Ok, I reply to myself also for the topic about limiters. Actually in 2.2 are not working and it seems it's a kernel problem:

I confirm Limiters are not working also using floating rules…
ok, waiting for 2.2.1 ;)
