I'm setting up a install of owncloud on a Virtual Machine on one of my Vlans "200".
I have it running on port 1234 which ive open the port on the wan to allow the connection.
What I want to do is someone how get people on my internal vlan "100" over to the owncloud install when the call the same wan address up.

When I type my wan address in it pulls up pfsense's login so I am assuming there is someway to forward port 1234 over to the own cloud server IP on vlan 200.

Don't use NAT Reflection, use Split DNS.  Create a DNS host override for your ownCloud public host and point it to the LAN IP address.
