      Using 2.1.5-RELEASE with squid3-dev / 3.3.10 pkg 2.2.8

Been using SQUID in transparent mode with a few DNS forwarders (for servers inside the LAN that have a FQDN)

      All works fine.

When I put SQUID in non transparent mode with WAD, everything works fine, except the DNS fowarders.

For some reason, when I try to access a FQDN which has a DNS forwarder to an LAN IP, it will give me a connection error complaining that the proxy couldn't reach it.

Do you have any idea how to fix this ?

Or how to make those hosts bypass the proxy?

Maybe it has something to do about my WPAD ??

Set your browser to bypass the proxy for internal addresses.
