NAT with IPsec Phase 2 with overlapping

Hello everybody

I have problem with Ipsec nat and overlapping and two network in my lan.
The network SITE A  172.27.144.0/20  is in overlapping with SITE B 172.27.0.0/16.

I have this network  (see the attachments)

I would like to create a IPSEC  172.27.144.32 <–---> 10.159.1.100

I would like to use the network 10.182.0.0/24 for use NAT with IPSEC.

I have Pfsense 2.1  I followed this guide https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/NAT_with_IPsec_Phase_2_Networks but is not working the phase 2 in not up.

Is In the Psense 2.1.5 this problem correct ?
