RT2870 frimware problem

Hi, I am using last release. I am trying to use a RT3070 usb dongle in infrastructure mode. I configure everything but it is not working properly. It is spaming constantly run0: firmware RT2870 ver. 0.33 loaded after very 3-5 secons. I can see that it connects to the acces point because I get ip from the DHCP but at the moment firmware reloads it gets instantly disconected
