Multi wan bugs and problems

force gateway down does not work dashboard widget says pending and still sends out a storm of emails
can't let Apinger take its corse cause ping times go hi 1800-4000 ms then its 1 ms and the gateway falsely come back on line
mean while the gui is slow even with default wan switching enabled

seem theres not enough poor connections for the devs to experience (lucky them)

edit: have i done something wrong other than wrong isps ?
