      Hi,

We are using 2.2 with Active Directory server authentication set up with OpenVPN and AD users are able to connect to the VPN correctly.

The problem we are having is that any local users who are in the 'admins' group other than the admin account cannot log into the pfSense using SSH keys. We've double- and triple-checked that the SSH keys are entered correctly.

We are able to log in with these local accounts using a password set locally on pfSense but we always disable password login.

Under 'System'-'User manager'-'Settings', Authentication Server is the "Local Database".

Why can't local users SSH in with stored SSH keys?

      Thanks for the help.

Post some logs. Alternatively, try a crystal ball.
