Ssh not working

Hello.
  Sorry for bodering , but i am experiencing some problems with WINSCP after i got an pppoe connection.
  I am trying to send to an virtual machine some files using winscp. I did this many times before having the pppoe conecction, but now i can't no longer connect. I am using an Debian image onmy virtual machine and i already installed SSH. Still not working .
  Any sugestions ?
