IPSEC Mobile Stuck in Mutual PSK + Xauth

I finally managed to get a config up and going that would allow me to connect. Originally I had it setup with Mutual PSK +xauth with a group and password, which would prompt me after initial connection to use username/password for the second part. That didnt work so I dropped back to Mutual PSK. After making this change, the expectation would be that I would be connecting with individual users and passwords but instead it will only except the old group name and psk for that group. Is this a bug?

There is nothing in any configuration page, users, and groups that is set to use that group name and password anymore but its the only way I can connect. Additionally with it connecting that way it will only allow one user connected at a time.
