      Can any one let me know what does this entry mean when i do pftop.

      the src is my pfsense firewall and destination is my dsl router.

        it's more then likely apinger that is continuesly pinging your gateway to check if your connection is working. = normal behaviour.

            ICMP is the protocol used by ping.  You don't need to worry.
