Packages missing after 2.2.1 upgrade

Hi All

Did an upgrade from 2.2 to 2.2.1 and now all of my packages are missing.

on the Status: Dashboard, they are all listed and running, but if I go to SYSTEM/PACKAGES, then only one package is listed. They are also missing from the menus. i.e I have Snort installed and its listed as running on the dashboard, but its missing from the Packages screen and missing from the menu.

I tried to install a new package and it seems to work.

Nothing in the logs, Tried a few reboots, clearing of browser cache. Tried IE and Chrome. Any other ideas?

Sorry, just found the following in the logs

Connection to RPC server packages.pfsense.org:443 failed.

If I try to go to that website, I get a "400 Bad Request"
